The Sywell Classic Piston & Props

The Club will be attending the second Piston & Props event at Sywell Aerodrome near Northampton, at the end of September and only around 15 miles from Junction 15 of the M1. Lasy year this was a great little event with a charming mix of classic cars with vintage and classic aircraft. Its well worth looking at the website – www.sywellclassic.com to get a flavour of what will be on offer. Lots of on-site parking for members coming along but you do need to book a parking space in advance For those that attend as Club participants’, two free weekend passes will be provided. The Club has guaranteed a minimum of 5 vehicles, and will receive these free passes for up to another 5 vehicles (10 in total). Numbers over and above ten are charged at £10.00 per person but to be fair to everyone wishing to attend, the Club will cover this additional cost. However, we need your commitment now. The organisers are asking for driver’s names, car make and registration number and year of manufacture! If you would like to attend in your Alpine, please contact me, John Reynolds
