Our Club Championship will comprise of the following eight rounds, with six to qualify for points.

1. SPORTING REGULATIONS - GENERAL
1.1 Title & Jurisdiction:
The 2009 Club Alpine Renault Speed Championship is organised and administered by Club Alpine Renault in accordance with the General Regulations of the Royal Automobile Club Motor Sports Association (incorporating the provisions of the International Sporting Code of the FIA) and these Championship Regulations.

MSA Championship Grade: D
1.2 Officials:

1.3 Competitor Eligibility:
1.3.1 Entrants must be fully paid up valid membership card holding members of
Club Alpine Renault and in possession of a valid 2009 MSA Entrants Licence
1.3.2 Drivers and Entrant/Drivers must be fully paid up card holding members of Club Alpine Renault,
Over 18 years of age, be registered for the Championship and be in possession of valid Competition NON RACE NAT B Licence, as a minimum.
Or, be a professional driver in possession of a valid Licence (featuring an E.U.flag) and medical,
issued by the ASN of a member country of the European Union.
- All necessary documentation must be presented for checking at all rounds when signing-on.
1.4 Registration:
1.4.1 Registration will be posted to all club members as a hard copy official form attached to the February Club Newsletter. An online form will also be available on the club website.
1.4.2 There will be a £10.00 registration fee payable with completed entry forms.
1.4.3 There is no closing date for the Championship.

Round 1 April 25th/26th Prescott – Bugatti Owners Club - Hillclimb.
Round 2 May 24th Prescott – Bugatti Owners Club - Hillclimb.
Round 3 June 6th Lydden – Rochester Motor Club - Sprint
Round 4 June 27th Goodwood – Tunbridge Wells Motor Club. - Sprint
Round 5 July 19th Llys Y Fran - Swansea Motor Club - Hillclimb
Round 6 August 1st/2nd Mamhead House – Torbay Motor Club - Hillclimb
Round 7 September 13th Loton – Hadley and District Motor Club - Hillclimb
Round 8 October 4th Curborough – Midland Automobile Club - Sprint
1.6 Scoring:
1.6.1 The Points system for scoring is as follows:
Registering and entering an event : 1 Point
First in class: 4 points
Second in class: 3 points
Third in class: 2 points
Points will be rewarded after the receipt of official final results.
Competitors can count six of their rounds for the total championship points.
1.6.2 Resolving Ties
Ties will be resolved by considering the number of class wins, seconds or thirds by competitors.
If there is still a tie, the competitor having the earliest class win, second or third in the
championship season will be declared the winner.
1.7 Awards:
Overall Championship Winner : A trophy
First in Class : A trophy
Best Novice : A trophy

Lys Y Fran: Fastest time: A trophy
Loton: Fastest time : A trophy

3. TECHNICAL REGULATIONS
3.1 Eligible Vehicles
The Following vehicles are eligible for Class 1: All Alpine Renaults
The Following vehicles are eligible for Class 2: All rear and mid-engine Renaults
The Following vehicles are eligible for Class 3: All other Renaults
The Following vehicles are eligible for Class 4: Non Renault cars
Tyre choice is free within the championship.
3.2 Classes
There are no capacity limits in any of the classes but all cars must comply with the general
and technical regulations of the MSA.
Class 1: All Alpine Renaults
Class 2: All rear and mid-engine Renaults
Class 3: All other Renaults
Class 4: Non Renault cars
